The Old Parlour is a beautifully converted modern barn offering holiday accommodation for up to ten guests. Set on a working farm, it provides a peaceful and secluded retreat while being just a short distance from North Cornwall’s stunning beaches, coastal walks and a variety of outdoor activities. The traditional stone building has been carefully restored to retain its original charm, featuring high vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams while incorporating all the comforts of modern living.

The spacious living room is designed for relaxation, complete with a wood burner, a 49" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix and rustic wooden beams adding to the character. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric range, a breakfast bar, an American-style fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher and a slate floor, alongside a dining area that comfortably seats ten. For entertainment, the games room offers a 49" Smart TV with Netflix, a single sofa bed and table football, providing fun for guests of all ages.

Outside, the enclosed courtyard features a patio with garden furniture, a barbecue and an undercover games area with table tennis. A private hot tub for six offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring the Cornish coast. A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer ensures added convenience, while a family shower room with a shower cubicle and toilet provides additional facilities for guests.

The accommodation includes three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The first is a spacious room with a king-size bed, a double sofa bed, a travel cot, a 40" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix and doors leading to the courtyard. It also features an en-suite with a bath, a shower cubicle and a toilet. The second bedroom offers a double bed, a travel cot, a 32" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix and an en-suite with a shower cubicle and toilet. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, a travel cot and a 32" Freeview Smart TV with Netflix.

For added convenience, The Old Parlour also features a 7kW EV charger, making it an excellent choice for electric vehicle owners. Guests can fully unwind with the luxury of a hot tub and enjoy evenings gathered around the newly added fire pit area, perfect for making memories under the Cornish sky.
