Inside, an open-plan lounge, diner and kitchen creates a relaxed social hub. Two modern leather sofas, one two-seater and one three-seater, face a TV equipped with an Amazon Firestick, while a compact pine dining table folds away when not in use. The kitchen area features sleek cabinetry, an electric hob and oven, a large fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, plus the essentials of toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery.

Upstairs, the main bedroom is a generous double with rear-facing views over fields toward Baggy Point. A second, smaller bedroom looks to the front of the property and contains full-size solid-pine bunk beds. The modern bathroom on this level includes a toilet, washbasin and Mira shower. Beds are fully made with fresh linen, though guests should bring their own towels.

Sliding patio doors open from the lounge onto a decked terrace furnished with a table and chairs, leading to a sheltered garden shared with the main house. The property provides safe off-road parking, storage for surfboards and bikes and dedicated washing facilities for wetsuits.
