The dual-aspect lounge is bright and spacious, with solid oak flooring and views over the courtyard gardens and surrounding countryside. Guests can enjoy a woodburner for cosy evenings, along with a TV with Freeview, DVD player, stereo, iPod dock and a selection of books, CDs, DVDs and board games. The kitchen and dining area is equipped with a full range of Neff appliances, including an oven, microwave, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, with underfloor heating continuing through this space as well. The large bedroom features a luxurious 6ft Hypnos bed, oak furniture, a hair dryer and Freeview TV. The slate-tiled bathroom includes a generous walk-in shower, a freestanding bath, underfloor heating and easy-turn taps.
Outside, a south-facing patio with garden furniture and a Weber charcoal barbecue provides the perfect spot to dine outdoors, and complimentary super-fast WiFi is included throughout the cottage.

The village itself is home to the stunning St Just in Roseland Church and its world-famous gardens, which offer peaceful pathways, vibrant plantings and views over the tidal creek. A short drive brings you to the nearby Roseland Heritage Coast, where dramatic clifftop paths and hidden coves provide ideal spots for walking, wildlife watching and taking in spectacular sea views. The picturesque harbour village of Portscatho is close by, perfect for a meal by the water or a gentle stroll along the shoreline and St Mawes, with its historic castle and regular boat services to Falmouth is also within easy reach.
