Waterloo Farm offers quality self catering accommodation in North Petherwin near the market town of Launceston in North Cornwall. There are of six delightful holiday cottages that have been converted from original granite and slate farm barns and are situated on this traditional working beef and sheep farm.

In the Courtyard, Sandmartins and Haypole Barn both sleep up to eight people plus a cot and offer roomy and comfortable accommodation with ample parking. Both barns are fully equipped with all the essentials plus that little bit more. Both have disabled access which includes a ground floor bedroom with en suite facilities and they can be opened up into one accommodation for 16 people.

Tucked in the corner of the Courtyard is Saffron Cottage, cosy with underfloor heating and two bedrooms, sleeping 4 people.

Swallow Barn and The Old Apple Tallet are situated by the old farm Orchard and both sleep 5 people in 2 bedrooms. Kingfisher cottage has disabled access and sleeps 5 in two bedrooms.

All of the holiday cottages have internet access, gardens or patios with seating and nearby parking, they are centrally heated by a biomass boiler and are very well equipped for a happy holiday. For babies, there are travel cots, high chairs and stair gates in all the cottages (baby bedding is not provided).

On farm facilities include: Outdoor heated swimming pool (May – September), games room, giant sand pit and play area, riverside wildlife hide and wildlife webcams to watch on TVs, communal firepit, barbecues, acres of fields and and an orchard to walk in, river fishing (fly and course) and clay pigeon shooting. Visitors are welcome to meet the animals which live on the farm.

Waterloo Farm is set in the beautiful and unspoilt Ottery valley between the historic town of Launceston and Bude on the North Cornish coast, it is an excellent base from which to tour Cornwall and Devon. The Launceston Steam Railway and Launceston Castle, two golf clubs, an equestrian centre and pubs and shops. The North Cornish coast is only 13 miles away and the Eden Project, Padstow and Port Isaac and the wilds of Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are all within easy driving distance.
