Cotswold House is a family-run B&B conveniently located on the main route into Falmouth, offering stunning views of the harbour and beach. Just a short walk away, you'll find Gyllyngvase Beach, local attractions and the town centre.

The elegant rooms are the perfect place to rest your head at night after a busy day exploring the local area. Each of the 7 bedrooms have been immaculately refurbished to a high level of comfort and come with en suite facilities. Many rooms have either sea or harbour views, with some rooms offering a balcony. A flat-screen TV/DVD player and tea and coffee making facilities are included in every room.

Breakfast is served between 8.00-9.00. A full English breakfast, as well as a selection of cereals, fresh fruit and yoghurts are available. Special dietary requirements are catered for, please advise on booking.

Located at the southern end of the beautiful Fal estuary with its network of intriguing creeks and rivers, the resort of Falmouth has plenty to offer the visitor. Due to the warm air of the gulf stream, the area enjoys a year-round, sub-tropical environment in which exotic plants flourish. Falmouth's public gardens are a delight and the spectacular gardens of Trelissick, Glendurgan and Trebah are close by.
