Homeleigh Farm is located in Chapel Amble, just 150 yards from the excellent pub/restaurant, the Maltsters Arms, and three miles from the Camel Estuary and the stunning beaches at Rock, Daymer Bay, and Polzeath. Port Isaac and Wadebridge are also nearby. The village offers a shop and a Post Office. We have two cottages available year-round, including Christmas and New Year. Built in traditional local style, they remain cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Dove Cottage

This self catering cottage accommodates up to four adults or five people including children. This two-bedroom, south-facing stone cottage features its own suntrap walled garden. The ground floor offers an open-plan layout with a charming beamed ceiling, encompassing a pleasant dining area, lounge and galley kitchen. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC.

The Loft

The Loft accommodates up to six people. This three-bedroom stone cottage features its own secluded garden. The ground floor showcases a beamed ceiling and includes a galley kitchen and dining room. There is also a cosy snug area and a large lounge with French windows that open onto a slate terrace and cottage garden. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find three bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite shower, WC and wash hand basin. The second bedroom has two single beds, while the third bedroom contains a double bed. This cottage is perfect for families seeking separate bedrooms for children and/or grandparents.

They each have their own private garden so pets are very welcome as well as children of all ages.

The Farmhouse was built in the 1830's and lies in six acres of fields and paddocks, all of which are available for games and are especially good for kite flying, as well as ball games. There is a barn and a duckpond, but we have no livestock so dogs are welcome. There are a number of working farms nearby for children (and parents) to visit.
