Lanjew Park offers charming self- catering accommodation, based on our 250 acre family run farm, five miles west of Bodmin and just two miles off the main A30. Situated almost in the centre of Cornwall it is an ideal base to explore Cornwall's wonderful beaches and coastline, its many family attractions and historic houses and gardens.

You will be welcomed with our home-made cream tea and fresh flowers. An ideal place if you seek seclusion, where parents can relax and children play safely with no traffic worries. Surrounded by the countryside, sit in the garden and see the buzzards overhead, catch a glimpse of a squirrel amongst the trees, watch the cattle and sheep grazing in the nearby fields. The large gardens and outdoor space offer swings, sandpit, garden furniture and barbecue, plus ample parking.

The tastefully furnished and decorated living rooms are on the first floor to gain advantage of the views. The entrance to the property is by granite steps to the first floor leading to the hallway with W.C. Adjoining the kitchen is a separate dining area. Lounge with TV/DVD and open fire. There is full central heating throughout the property.

Downstairs - 2 double bedrooms, one with French door to garden, each with washbasin, shaver point. Third bedroom with one single and bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, washbasin, full shower and W.C.

Cornwall is packed full of things to do and the property is located in the middle of it all – its central location makes both coastlines easily accessible - the north coast with its dramatic cliffs, quiet coves, grand country houses and harbour villages and the south coast with its secluded creeks and the Eden Project.
