Silver How offers self catering accommodation in Ambleside, Cumbria. We are perfectly located at the heart of the Lake District and there are beautiful walks to Scandale, Fairfield, Loughrigg Fell and Wansfell which start and finish at the front door.

The inviting living/dining area features both an open and an electric fire, along with a Freeview TV, DVD player and a dining table that accommodates up to six guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Stairs from the kitchen lead to a dry cellar, which is equipped with a table tennis table and provides ample space for storing walking gear.

On the upper floor, the cottage boasts three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a king-size bed offering views towards Heron Pike, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. The family bathroom includes a shower over the bath.

Outside, the cottage features a courtyard at the rear, complete with a table and chairs, ideal for relaxation or outdoor dining.
