Ramsteads is a small family run site that provides 7 timber chalets for self catering holidays. The self catering chalets are in a quiet woodland in the hamlet of Outgate in heart of the Lake District, Cumbria. The chalets are at the western edge of the woodland and can sleep up to 6 people.

The self catering chalets are all fully equipped with everything you would need on a self catering holiday. They are ideal for those wanting to relax, yet are suitable for people who want to go walking, cycling, climbing, sailing and other outdoor pursuits.

The accommodation is close to Ambleside which is a major tourist resort and offers shops, restaurants and hotels to explore. Also there is the county of Cumbria which has a range of historic sites and other attractions to see such as the Eden Valley and Yorkshire Dales.
