Church Stile Holiday Park & Campsite in Nether Wasdale is perfect for a family break in a stunning location. Our park in Cumbria offers camping, motorhome and campervan pitches, static caravans and glamping accommodation.

Our park is nestled in a magnificent woodland setting on a traditional Lakeland sheep farm. You can savour glorious views of the mountains. In total our site has around 7 acres and lush grounds. Excellent facilities for camping, motorhomes and campervans include:

We have a range of caravans to choose from. The caravans sleep up to 6 people and a brand new 3 bedroom van has 1 double, 2 twins bedrooms and a pull out sofa. They all come with a spacious lounge/dining area and the master room comes with en suite facilities. A lovely lakeland cottage is also available which sleeps up to 6 people and comes with a large kitchen, dining room, lounge, snug, a further WC and shower room.

Our traditional shepherd huts are perfect for that added bit of luxury. Each hut sleeps up to 2 people and has been beautifully furnished. The sofa converts to a double bed and there is also a wood burning stove available. A firepit/BBQ with outdoor furniture is provided.

Wasdale is one of the big mountain valleys of the Lake District with the stunning scenery making a wonderful backdrop for your holiday. The valley stretches for over 10 miles from Wasdale Head down to the village of Gosforth and is home to England’s highest mountain (Scafell Pike), deepest lake (Wastwater) and smallest church (St Olaf’s). Church Stile lies at the heart of the valley in the pretty village of Nether Wasdale making it the ideal base for your holiday.
