Set in a quiet spot with stunning views, the annexe provides a peaceful retreat with its own private entrance, making it ideal for guests seeking comfort and privacy.

Outside, the annexe is accessed via a short path from the parking bay and opens onto a spacious area with a picnic bench and a fire pit and barbecue. This outdoor space is perfect for sitting back, enjoying the surrounding scenery and watching the local wildlife. The entire annexe, along with the large garden area at the front, is exclusively for guest use, ensuring a private and relaxing stay.

Inside, the annexe is exceptionally clean and well presented. A small porch at the entrance provides a practical space for storing boots and coats. The main living area features a comfortable sitting room with a double sofa bed, a dining area, and an open-plan galley kitchen that is extremely well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. A wood-burning stove in the sitting room adds warmth and creates a cosy atmosphere during cooler evenings.

The property also includes a useful airing cupboard for added convenience. The large bedroom is furnished with a chest of drawers and two built-in wardrobes, offering plenty of storage space. A neat and well-appointed bathroom is located just next to the bedroom, completing this comfortable and thoughtfully designed accommodation.

Heads Nook in Cumbria is perfectly placed for exploring some of the region’s most scenic and historic attractions. Just a short distance away, Hadrian’s Wall offers miles of ancient Roman history, with well-preserved sections, forts and museums to explore. The nearby market town of Brampton is full of character, featuring independent shops, antiques and local food producers, while Talkin Tarn Country Park provides a peaceful setting for walking, boating, and picnicking around its glacial lake. A little further afield, the stunning landscapes of Lake District National Park are within easy reach, offering world-famous lakes, mountains and outdoor activities. For a touch of culture and history, Carlisle is also nearby, home to a striking cathedral, castle and a range of shops and restaurants.
