The Old Kings Head Hotel is a charming 16th Century inn that offers superb accommodation in Broughton-in-Furness. We are the perfect base for exploring a range of attractions in Cumbria.

Our wonderful inn has 6 en suite bedrooms which have been beautifully refurbished. All the rooms come with a TV, Wi-Fi and modern bathroom facilities. We also have two dog friendly rooms available.

You can dine in our wonderful restaurant which boasts an open fire. It comes with hand painted portraits of Henry VIII’s six wives and is beautifully furnished. We use as much local produce as possible to create delicious dishes. A specials menu is also available.

Our bar and lounge areas are brimming with character. They have low oak beamed ceilings and open fires. The lounge area has leather sofas, chairs and a log burner. An ideal place to relax with a tipple after a busy day exploring the local area. We stock local hand brewed beers, hand crafted ciders, a selection of gins, many other beers, spirits and soft drinks.

You can unwind in our spacious beer garden with seating. A great spot to unwind on a sunny afternoon.
