Bleng Barn Cottage offers charming self catering accommodation in Gosforth. a village half way between Wasdale and Seascale. Nestled in a countryside setting on a working farm in Cumbria, we are perfect for an idyllic holiday.

Our cottage is part of Mill House farm, a traditional 18th Century Cumbrian farm house, set in a peaceful setting. Our flexible cottage can cater for a range of people, from family groups of up to 8 or 10 individuals.

We offer a variety of room types to suit all your needs, including 2 singles in 3 bedrooms or 3 super kings in each room, with each room format sleeping 6. An extra guest bed can be put in each of the larger bedrooms to sleep 8. 2 cots are available via prior notice.

Outside we have a hot tub to soak yourself in.

You can savour views from around the cottage and a range of wildlife farm animals and horses can be seen regularly.

We are a great base for exploring the area, with lots of walking and cycling routes available. Attractions to visit in Cumbria include:
