Our Edwardian guest house is set in acres of gardens and has stunning views across the Derwent Valley. We have an array of beautifully designed and cosy bedrooms to choose from. We have king, twin and double rooms available.

All the bedrooms come with a range of superb facilities: en suite bathroom, Pure Lakes toiletries, smart TV (including Amazon Prime and Netflix) with DVD player, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer, fan, iron and ironing board.

We will set you up for a day of sightseeing with our delicious breakfast. Breakfast is served between 8.00 am to 9.30 am and we pride ourselves on using a selection of local suppliers to provide you with the best breakfast possible. The breakfast menu consists of fresh fruit salad, a range of yoghurts, choice and cereals and freshly cooked breakfast. We also cater for vegetarians, vegans and gluten-free diets.

If you need to be out in the morning, just let us know the evening before what you fancy as breakfast is cooked to order. We also ask guests to choose a time for breakfast, to ensure we space out the cooking time to thoroughly focus on each breakfast.

We are dog friendly and have a fully enclosed garden, ideal for your four-legged friend to run around in. We even provided poo-bags and extra towels by the front door to wipe any wet paws. Please see our website for further details.

You can enjoy a variety of attractions/activities in the local area. Keswick is a bustling town with a range of restaurants, cafes and pubs to try. You can take advantage of the natural scenery by going on one of the scenic walking trails, including ones at Catbells, Latrigg and Skiddaw. Lots of cycle routes are in the area and the lake is ideal for water-sports enthusiasts. Attractions to see include:
