Our newly built traditional-looking cottage boasts modern interiors and luxurious facilities to make your stay as relaxing as possible. This stylishly furnished cottage comes with a spacious open plan lounge with a ribbon flame gas fire, ‘L’ shaped sofa and snug day bed area. Catch your favourite show on the 55’ smart TV and unwind in the cosy snug area.

Cook up a storm in the high-specification kitchen which is well-equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, dual wine fridge and island with seating for 4. A delightful locally sourced welcome pack of goodies is provided.

On the first floor is a light and airy first-floor bedroom which opens into the eaves and is accessed from a floating wood and glass staircase. This lavish bedroom offers an opulent super king-size bed, perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep after a day sightseeing. There is a dressing area, 55’’ smart TV, Sonos sound system and underfloor heating. You can also relax on the balcony and savour your surroundings.

A feature door from the bedroom leads to a magnificent bathroom with a freestanding bath for two and a remote walk-through rain shower. The picture window takes advantage of the glorious views of the village.

Cartmel is foodie heaven, home to Simon Rogan's two Michelin-starred restaurants; L'Enclume and Rogan & Company. The village also has several shops, Cartmel Priory church and Cartmel Races, Unsworth's Yard which offers wine and cocktails from Cartmel Drinkshop and local ales from the brewery, plus much more. We are only 3 miles from Lake Windermere and further afield you can visit lots of superb attractions.
