Our studio apartment is perfect for a romantic getaway in a great location. The apartment is based on the upper floor of the Coachhouse, above the Terrace Café. The apartment enjoys views across Coniston Water and the fells. Inside there is a double bed for a restful night’s sleep and an en suite shower room. Rustle ups some delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen/diner that includes a range of appliances. Steps outside lead to the estates’ s gardens and woodland.

The Eyrie – Lake View Apartment

This apartment is based in a spectacular setting. The recently renovated property is nestled on the upper floor and offers views over Coniston Water and the Lake District fells. The apartment has original artworks and interiors. Inside there is a double bedroom and a spacious bathroom which offers outstanding views. The is also a well-equipped kitchen for home-cooking and a drawing room. Outside steps lead the gardens and woodland.

The Lodge

This 5 bedroom lodge has everything your need for a fantastic holiday. The Grade II Listed lodge boasts breathtaking views and is beautifully furnished. Inside there are two attractive double rooms, two twins and a single. Cook up storm in the fully-equipped kitchen/dining/sitting. The living area also has a toasty wood burner for the winter months. There are also two showers, a bathroom and a separate loo. Outside there is a patio area for al fresco dining.

The estate has lots of footpaths, cycle ways and a range of water-based activities, with a private jetty available for lake access.
