Our luxury Grade II Listed property is bursting with character and finished to the highest standards. The house sleeps 10 people and comes with everything you for an idyllic getaway.

Inside there is a fabulous lounge with a toasty wood burner and smart TV, offering a great place to unwind after a day sightseeing. You can cook up a storm in the fully-equipped kitchen that comes with a range of excellent appliances: electric range oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Enjoy a feast in the elegant dining room around the gorgeous oak table.

The magnificent oak staircase lead to two lavish king size bedrooms, including one with en an suite. A separate bathroom and twin are also available. On the second floor is a double and twin room which share a bathroom.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio area including garden furniture and a BBQ for al fresco dining over a glass or two.

We are nestled in the centre of the village, making us a great place for exploring the area. You can head to Cartmel Racecourse or visit the scenic coastal resort of Grange-over-Sands. Ambleside, Grasmere and Coniston are a short drive away. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
