Inside there is a games room and store, including a football table, safety darts, mini wooden bowls, wall puzzles and hoopla, it is also an ideal place to keep bicycles and walking/ boating gear. On the first floor, there is a living/dining area that offers lake and mountain views. The dining area seats up to 6 people and a door leads to the Glasoase glass room which opens to the raised deck area with loungers and outdoor dining furniture, offering a great spot for a glass of wine whilst savouring the view. Unwind in the living area after a day of sightseeing. Facilities include an electric flame/log effect fire and a wall-mounted TV/DVD player and a selection of games.

A well-equipped kitchen comes with a range of appliances: fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. A door leads to a shower room and there is also a door to the patio area that includes rattan furniture and a BBQ.

3 bedrooms are available: 1 king room with a wash basin, 1 zip and link bedroom that can be made as a twin or super king and 1 double room. A fully tiled bathroom has an over-bath shower.

Brow Top is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, yet is ideally placed for exploring the area, with pedestrian access on to the Dales Way from the end of the close. Bowness, on Windermere Lake shore, is less than a mile away. Windermere town is just a 20-minute walk from the house. In Bowness, a range of water-based activities are available on the lake. In addition, there many speciality shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs, as well as a cinema and theatre. Windermere town offers further shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs and has a railway station. Locally there are lots of walking and cycling routes, whilst Sizergh Castle, Ambleside and Grasmere are all easily reachable. Attractions to visit include:
