Abbot Park Farm Campsite in Bandrake Head is a small family-run farm that offers pitches for campers, nestled in 120 acres of grounds. Located near Ulverston in the Lake District National Park, we are perfect for a peaceful holiday in Cumbria.

We are based in a rural location and offer wonderful views across the western lake district and Furness peninsula. The farm offers open countryside and lots of wildlife, including butterflies, birds and deer.

Please note, that we do not accept caravans or trailer tents. We have a maximum of 3 pitches available and maintain a zero tolerance for noise after 10.30 pm, ideal for families.

The service block includes facilities for males, females and people with disabilities. There are showers, washbasins and flush toilets. Facilities are available for washing up and there is also a freezer available.

We now offer luxury glamping in our new camping barn. The 2 barns can accommodate up to 6 people and come with private facilities.

The Tea Room is open to groups of 8 or more, offering a lovely range of teas, coffees, chilled drinks breakfast, homemade cakes, lunches, light bites and afternoon teas.

Whilst staying with us you can explore the local area. There are lots of beautiful countryside walking routes to enjoy. You can visit the nearby towns and villages, home to shops, restaurants and much more. Attractions to visit include:

Laurel & Hardy Museum.

South Lakes Safari Zoo.

Furness Abbey.

Ulverston Canal.

The Bowler Bar at The Laurel and Hardy Museum.
