We are nestled in the Cumbrian countryside and offer views of Pendragon Castle, Wild Boar Fell and Mallerstang Edge. The property sleeps up to 4 people and is ideal for a small family or couple.

On the ground floor, we have an open plan living/dining room with comfy seating and stunning views. The hand-built kitchen comes with a Westmorland green stone work top and butler sink. Appliances include an electric cooker with an oven, microwave, under-counter fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

A shower room comes with a walk-in shower. On the first floor is a double room with a king bed and a twin room.

Facilities include a Freesat TV, a stair gate, a hair dryer, small iron & board.

Outside we have an enclosed grassed garden with a seating area and portable BBQ for al fresco dining.

Right beside us is a lovely footpath to walk along. Visit the market town of Kirkby Stephen, home to shops, cosy tearooms, pubs, restaurants and cycle hire. Take a trip on the Settle to Carlisle railway. Attractions to visit include:
