Spring Bank Cottage boasts a charming countryside setting, yet it's conveniently close to the heart of Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria, accessible within minutes by car or on foot. The cottage offers spectacular views that are arguably the best in the region.

For over 65 years, our family has been hosting guests at the cottage, which has now been fully updated and exudes warmth and elegance. It's been furnished to an exceptional standard and is meticulously cleaned and maintained by us, the owners. Every room features windows facing the front, each offering the same breathtaking view.

The cottage's open layout includes a living room, dining area and kitchen, creating a sense of spaciousness. Amenities include a leather seating area, a TV with Freeview, DVD and CD players, a radio, as well as tourist brochures, books and games for entertainment.

The kitchen comes well-stocked with a refrigerator, electric oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and a washer/dryer, along with outdoor drying options. Electric heating ensures comfort and we provide a high chair and cot upon request.

The bathroom is equipped with a power shower, toilet and sink. The accommodation includes a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each decorated in a pretty country style with wooden beams and all bed linen is supplied.

The external area features an expansive garden and a secure play zone for children. Guests can enjoy the use of garden chairs and benefit from well-lit private parking capable of accommodating several vehicles. Additionally, ample secure storage is available for bicycles.
