Our holiday caravans, open from March to November, are nestled on a small, family-run farm in the serene village of Bouth, located just south of Grizedale Forest in the heart of the Lake District. Situated between Lake Windermere and Coniston Water, and surrounded by fields, fells, and woodland, Bouth offers a peaceful and tranquil setting within England’s largest National Park.

Yew Barrow View Holiday Caravan

This caravan sleeps up to 6 guests with stunning views of Coniston, Fairfield, and Yew Barrow. It features a double bedroom with en-suite, a twin bedroom and a fold-up double bed in the lounge. The spacious lounge has a central gas fire, convertible seating and a dining table, along with Freeview Sky TV, a DVD player and a Radio/CD player. Outside, there's a patio with a picnic bench and sun parasol. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom includes a large shower. Bed linen is available for hire and electricity and gas are included. Yew Barrow is pet friendly & welcomes a maximum of 2 dogs, £5 per dog, per night.

Hill Top Caravan

Hill Top is a 6-berth caravan with double glazing, full central heating and en-suite facilities in both the double and twin bedrooms. It offers modern comforts including a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and all necessary utensils. The spacious lounge boasts a central gas fire, convertible seating and a large dining table, complemented by Freeview Sky TV, a DVD player and a Radio/CD player. Outside, a patio with picnic bench and sun parasol provides a perfect spot for enjoying the picturesque views. Bed linen is available for hire and amenities such as a highchair and travel cot can be arranged. All utilities are included in the rental price. Hill Top is pet friendly & welcomes a max of 2 dogs. £20 per week, per pet.

Bigland View Holiday Caravan

This is a modern and spacious three-bedroom holiday caravan that comfortably sleeps up to six guests. It boasts a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all essential utensils. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, a double bed with an upgraded mattress, ample storage and bedside amenities. There are two twin bedrooms, each with wardrobes and additional storage. The living area includes digital Freeview TV, a DVD player and comfortable seating. A modern family bathroom, central heating, double-glazed windows and a gated decking area with countryside views complete the amenities. Available for Saturday to Saturday bookings, electricity and gas are included in the rental price. Hill Top is pet friendly & welcomes a max of 2 dogs. £20 per week, per pet.

The Area

Within a short walk (1/4 mile or 5 minutes), you'll find the White Hart Inn, a vibrant hub of village life offering superb bar and restaurant meals along with some of the finest Real Ales in the county. Enjoy a summer evening drink on the Village Green and Play Area just in front of the inn. The market town of Ulverston, with its array of bars, restaurants, takeaways, cinema, and supermarkets, is only 5 miles away.
