Recently renovated to a high standard, the cottage blends country charm with modern comforts.

The cosy lounge features a log fire, beamed ceiling, velvety sofa and armchair, smart TV with Netflix and a dining area. The newly-fitted kitchen is well-equipped with a Bosch dishwasher, Neff oven, induction hob, microwave and more, while an external extension houses a freezer and washing machine. The stylish bedroom boasts a beamed ceiling and a comfortable ViSpring bed, with views of the garden. The stunning shower room includes a walk-in power shower and slate tiles. Outside, the private garden surrounds the cottage with a natural waterfall, seating areas and garden furniture for al fresco dining. All utilities, heating, logs and linens are included, along with sumptuous towels.

The surrounding area is rich in wildlife, offering glimpses of pied flycatchers, redstarts, badgers and even roe and red deer. The Howgill Fells offer a variety of walking trails, ranging from easy to more challenging. One of the most scenic routes begins right at Bluebell Cottage, crossing the river to the charming village of Howgill and continuing up to The Calf via Fell Head.
