The Old Ginn House is situated in the village of Great Clifton, situated in the Western Lake District. Originally a 17th-century farmstead, The Old Ginn House has been thoughtfully converted into a welcoming village inn, centred around an inviting courtyard and patio area. The Superior King Room, located on the ground floor within the original farmhouse, is full of character and offers excellent facilities. It features a spacious bedroom, a small study or sitting room and a luxurious bathroom. The Superior Family Rooms are generously sized, furnished with a king-sized bed and two single beds and can accommodate up to five guests (two adults and three children) with the addition of a fold-up bed or cot. Classic Double and Twin Rooms provide a cosy and comfortable stay with excellent amenities, while the Classic Family Rooms, slightly larger, feature a king-sized bed and a single bed, accommodating up to four guests with the option of an additional fold-up bed or cot.

For those seeking a more compact option, the Standard Double and Twin Rooms offer the same level of comfort and excellent facilities in a slightly smaller space. These rooms include en-suite shower rooms (without baths) and are located on the first floor, accessible via stairs. All bedrooms are positioned around the courtyard, separate from the main bar and dining areas, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Each room is non-smoking and equipped with an en-suite shower or both bath and shower, free Wi-Fi, a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, quality toiletries, a hairdryer, a telephone and access to an iron and ironing board upon request. Free parking is also available for guests. Rooms are designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults, and while pets are not permitted, exceptions are made for assistance animals supporting guests with disabilities.
