There are three unique bedrooms to choose from, each full of charm and character. The Hay Loft is a spacious, light-filled room that retains the original line of the hay loft and features an exposed stone wall. Furnished in light oak, it includes a king-sized bed and easy chairs, perfect for watching TV or admiring the stunning views across Comb Scar and the surrounding fells. The Dairy, a cosy ground-floor suite arranged over two levels, has a bedroom down two stone steps with a polished flagstone floor and a comfortable double bed. Its narrow windows look toward Helms Knott and the garden. The upper level features a hallway and a generous walk-in shower. The Byre is also on the ground floor but all on one level, offering twin Louis XV beds with handmade mattresses slightly wider than standard singles, and beautiful views across the meadows to Comb Scar and Middleton Fell. This room includes a spacious shower room with a large shower unit.

Guests can relax in the welcoming lounge, which offers spectacular views of Combe Scar and is an ideal space for socialising in the evening. The adjoining breakfast room has individual tables that can be rearranged for groups wishing to dine together and enjoy a first-class breakfast. Ample free off-road parking is provided in a private car park, and there is secure overnight storage for bicycles.
