Our luxurious property is perfect for an unforgettable holiday. This boutique-style barn dates from the 17th Century and offers contemporary accommodation. The barn still retains many originally features, including exposed beams and areas of exposed stone.

This stylish barn sleeps up to 2 people, perfect for a romantic break away. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and luxurious bathroom. The bathroom is half tiled with Kirkstone silver blue slate and comes with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The bedroom boasts spectacular views down the valley.

On the first floor there is a spacious open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The living area comes with a wood-burning stove and comfy sofa. The fully fitted kitchen comes with a range of excellent appliances to suit all your needs. Doors open onto a private patio overlooking the gardens.

Superb facilities include a 43’’ smart HD TV with Blue-ray, digital radio, washer/dryer, dishwasher, combination microwave, electric cooker and hob, free standing stainless steel fridge freezer, Fibre Broadband, Echo Dot, CD and radio with USB port.

Our property enjoys stunning views of the fells and we are only 450 metres from the picturesque village of Patterdale. The famous Ullswater Steamers operate between Glenridding Pier and Pooley Bridge. You can visit attractions such as Dalemain House, Aira Force Arboretum and Falls, the Kirkstone Pass and Rheged.

The area has lots to offer, activities such as cycling, walking, horse riding, country pursuits and outdoor adventure activities are all available locally. Patterdale is a popular base for touring, with popular centres such as Penrith, Keswick, Windermere and Ambleside all within a 30 minute drive.
