Beechwood Guest House in Bowness-on-Windermere is an atmospheric house built circa 1900, in the traditional lakeland style. Our guest house is in a central location making it a fantastic place to stay while visiting Cumbria and exploring the Lake District.

Our 4 star guest house has beautifully appointed guest rooms that are spacious and individually decorated. The bedrooms have king size beds with one room being a standard double. Each of the guest rooms is equipped with a TV, dock station, hair dryer and a complimentary beverage tray. Most of our guest rooms have an en suite bathroom with the exception of 1 room which has its own private facilities.

Breakfasts at the hotel are freshly prepared each morning. We provide a various menu choice and local produce is used wherever possible. Our fresh fruit salad is a very popular choice as a refreshing start to your hearty breakfast.
