All Seasons Guesthouse & All Seasons Rest offers welcoming bed and breakfast accommodation right in the heart of Windermere village. Ideally located just 200 yards from the train and bus station, the guest house is also only a short walk from the lake and the lively centre of Bowness-on-Windermere, making it a perfect base for exploring the surrounding area.

We have 4 tastefully furnished guest bedrooms available, including 2 small doubles, 1 family and 1 larger double. The larger double room can accommodate an extra bed, making it suitable for a family of 3. All the rooms come with either en suite facilities or use of a private bathroom. Each room includes:

You can enjoy a delicious breakfast while staying with us. We offer two options: a cold continental breakfast served in your room or a fully cooked Lakeland breakfast in the dining room. For the latter the time must be pre-booked the night before to adhere to social distancing and space in the dining area.

Guests have free use of a range of pool and spa facilities in Troutbeck. Please book in advance as it is a maximum of 4 guests at any one time.

There are also lots of outside activities in the area for guests to enjoy such as horse riding and golfing. The local towns and villages offer something for everyone on your visit to the Lake District; from local boutiques and interesting shops, to popular tourist attractions such as the Beatrix Potter gallery, Hill Top Farm, the Aquarium of the Lakes and cruises on Lake Windermere. For those who are feeling a little more adventurous, there are of course a huge range of activities in the great outdoors.
