The Coach House: This charming detached late 19th Century converted Coach House set in the grounds of the owner's home which was once a Victorian preparatory school. The Coach House sleeps 4, plus ample room for a cot. The Coach House has been recently renovated and beautifully furnished. It benefits from its own private garden allowing personal access to the Prestatyn-Dyserth walkway and has been awarded 4 Stars by Visit Wales.

The cosy lounge has a slate floor, timber beamed ceiling, bespoke window shutters and for those cosy evenings a wood-burning stove. In addition and for your entertainment there is a large flat-screen TV with built in Netflix and an Alexa speaker. A range of books, maps, and DVDs are also available within the cottage.

A stable door from the living room leads to your attractive cottage garden. Surrounded with established fruit tress, a well-stocked bird feeding table, garden furniture, a barbeque with chimena for late summer evening alfresco dining. As previously mentioned, with private access to the Prestatyn to Dyserth Walkway.

The well-equipped cottage kitchen has a quarry tiled floor, bespoke window shutters, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, electric oven and a gas hob. A comfortable seating area allows guests the opportunity to dine, relax and plan the day ahead.

The master bedroom has dual aspect views over the garden and courtyard. Stunning original features such as oak parquet flooring, large timber beams and an arch-braced ceiling. It boasts a king-size reclaimed oak bed which puts guests in danger of those long lazy lye ins! Built-in wardrobes, dressing table, and ample of room for a cot. A second bedroom comes with a bunk bed and both rooms share a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC.

The Stables: The Stables is set in the grounds of the owner’s home, adjoining the once Victorian preparatory school. The cottage sleeps 5 with ample room for a cot. We also welcome well behaved pets.

Recently renovated and furnished with careful attention to detail, the ‘Stables’ benefits from its own spacious private courtyard and has been graded 5 Star by Visit Wales. There is ample off street parking in the main courtyard. All prices are inclusive of heating, electric, bedding, towels and a complimentary welcome pack.

Stairs from the lounge lead you to the first floor of the cottage with oak flooring throughout. The master bedroom boasts a king-size reclaimed oak bed placing guests at risk of long lazy lye ins! It also offers ample room for a cot. A second bedroom comes with 3 singles beds and there is a second WC.

The private attractive courtyard is filled with flower pots, hanging baskets and is surrounded with established fruit trees and a well-stocked bird feeding table. It also boasts a large outdoor table ideal for that well-deserved glass of chilled wine, nibbles and alfresco meals.

We are in a quiet location conveniently situated within five minutes walking distance from Prestatyn town centre and just fifteen minutes walk to the blue flag awarded beach. Vale View Cottages is an ideal base for those looking for a beach holiday or a convenient location offering guests the opportunity to explore the Snowdonia National Park, the North Wales coast and historic local towns such as Chester & Denbigh are all within a 30-minute drive.
