Set in a peaceful location, the cottages are ideally positioned just a five-minute walk from Prestatyn town centre and only fifteen minutes on foot from the award-winning Blue Flag beach, combining tranquillity with easy access to local amenities and the coast.

The Coach House

This charming late 19th-century converted coach house is set within the grounds of a former Victorian preparatory school and offers beautifully renovated accommodation for up to four guests, with space for a cot. The cosy interior features a comfortable lounge with wood-burning stove, exposed beams and modern entertainment, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area and two characterful bedrooms, including a spacious master with garden views. Outside, a private cottage garden with seating, barbecue and chimenea provides a lovely space to relax, with direct access to the Prestatyn to Dyserth Walkway, ideal for walking, cycling and exploring the surrounding countryside.

The Stables

The Stables is a charming cottage set within the grounds of the owner’s home, adjoining a former Victorian preparatory school and comfortably sleeps up to five guests with space for a cot. Inside, it offers a well-equipped kitchen, a cosy lounge and dining area with comfortable seating, modern entertainment and patio doors opening onto a private courtyard, along with a stylish downstairs bathroom featuring both a roll-top bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, including a king-size master and a second bedroom with three single beds, plus an additional WC. Outside, the attractive courtyard is filled with plants and fruit trees and provides a peaceful space for outdoor dining, with ample off-street parking available in the main courtyard.

We are in a quiet location conveniently situated within five minutes walking distance from Prestatyn town centre and just fifteen minutes walk to the blue flag awarded beach. Vale View Cottages is an ideal base for those looking for a beach holiday or a convenient location offering guests the opportunity to explore the Snowdonia National Park, the North Wales coast and historic local towns such as Chester & Denbigh are all within a 30-minute drive.
