The Farmhouse

The 17th-century farmhouse has been beautifully renovated to retain its character while offering modern comforts. With a wood-burning stove, stunning countryside views and a private eight-seater hot tub, it provides the perfect rural retreat. Downstairs features a well-equipped kitchen with an island unit, a breakfast room framed in oak, a dining room with seating for ten and a lounge with three sofas surrounding an inglenook fireplace. The large bathroom includes a luxurious double-ended Victorian bath and a separate shower. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, with one twin accessed through a double and a convenient toilet on the landing, ensuring easy access for all.

Two Bedroom Lodge

This single-storey lodge combines modern construction techniques with a traditional natural stone exterior, offering a south-facing aspect with stunning views of the valley, Llangollen, and Dinas Brân Castle. Designed with comfort and accessibility in mind, the lodge features underfloor heating, wide internal doors (2'9") and disability-friendly amenities. The master bedroom includes an en-suite wet room with ample storage, while a second double bedroom also has a fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The fully tiled main bathroom offers a bath with shower-over-bath facilities, fitted units and a backlit mirror. A cloakroom/utility room provides coat hanging space, a sink, a washing machine and additional storage. The lodge includes a full HD television in the lounge and a television in the master bedroom.

One Bedroom Cottage

Stylishly renovated to the highest standard, this one-bedroom cottage features an upstairs kitchen and lounge with spectacular views, south-facing French windows and a half balcony. The bedroom and bathroom are located downstairs, while original features have been thoughtfully retained and complemented by modern furnishings and fittings. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances and a beautifully appointed bathroom, the cottage offers comfort and charm, along with ample parking for guests.

Two Bedroom Cottage

This features a spacious split-level kitchen and lounge, blending modern comfort with authentic charm. The lounge retains its original slate flagstone floor, beautifully restored and opens to a private patio through double doors. Two steps lead to the fully equipped Shaker-style kitchen, complete with integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, electric hob/oven and fridge-freezer. A downstairs WC/utility room with a washing machine and storage adds convenience to this thoughtfully designed space.

Three Bedroom Cottage

This spacious, south-facing three-bedroom cottage is perfect for small or large groups. Outside, a large patio features a six-seat table set, while inside, a fully equipped solid oak kitchen includes modern appliances, a full-height fridge freezer and a full-length dining table with six chairs. The downstairs also has a utility room with a washer/dryer and a cloakroom. Up a short flight of steps, the lounge offers a comfortable leather corner sofa, a sofabed and a large TV with satellite Freeview. Upstairs, the central landing leads to a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a double bedroom, a narrow but long single bedroom and a bathroom with a full-size bath, shower over bath and chrome towel radiator.

A six-seat hot tub is available at Panorama Cottages for guests to enjoy during their stay. Located in a beautiful, private setting, the hot tub is accessible year-round and can be used by guests from any of the cottages by prior arrangement. To help cover maintenance costs, there is an additional charge of £10 per adult per stay, while children can use the hot tub free of charge.

There is plenty of parking available for all of the cottages.

Within a five minute walk from the holiday cottages up the Eglwyseg Escarpment behind you will find Bronze Age burial barrows, a Celtic stone circle also known as mini Stonehenge, limestone kilns, lead mineshafts and World War 2 bomb craters. The holiday cottages are a perfect base for local walks and excursions to Snowdonia, the roman cities of Chester and Shrewsbury and the north Wales coast as well as Anglesey.
