The Coach House

This charming detached late 19th-century Coach House, once part of a Victorian preparatory school, is set within the grounds of the owner's home and has been beautifully renovated and furnished to a high standard. Sleeping up to four guests, with ample room for a cot, it boasts a private garden with direct access to the scenic Prestatyn-Dyserth walkway and has been awarded 4 Stars by Visit Wales. The cosy lounge features a slate floor, timber-beamed ceiling, bespoke window shutters and a wood-burning stove, complemented by a large flat-screen TV with built-in Netflix, an Alexa speaker and a selection of books, maps and DVDs. A stable door opens onto the cottage garden, which is surrounded by mature fruit trees and includes a bird feeding table, garden furniture, a barbecue and a chiminea, ideal for alfresco dining on summer evenings. The well-equipped kitchen includes a quarry tiled floor, bespoke shutters, a fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob and a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom features dual-aspect views, original oak parquet flooring, large timber beams, an arch-braced ceiling and a king-size reclaimed oak bed, with built-in wardrobes, a dressing table and space for a cot. A second bedroom with bunk beds and a modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and WC complete this inviting and characterful retreat.

The Stables

The Stables is a beautifully renovated cottage also set in the grounds of the owner’s home. Sleeping up to five guests with plenty of room for a cot, it also welcomes well-behaved pets. Graded 5 Star by Visit Wales, the cottage features its own spacious private courtyard and includes off-street parking in the main courtyard. All prices cover heating, electricity, bedding, towels and a complimentary welcome pack. Inside, the modern bathroom has a slate floor, a bath, sink, WC and a generous walk-in shower with a drencher shower head. The well-equipped kitchen includes a slate floor, electric oven and hob with extractor, microwave, toaster, integrated dishwasher and fridge with ice compartment. The cosy lounge offers a parquet floor, bespoke wooden shutters, comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, DVD player and CD player/radio, along with a selection of books, maps and DVDs. Oak flooring runs throughout the first floor, where the master bedroom features a king-size reclaimed oak bed and space for a cot, while the second bedroom offers three single beds and a second WC. Outside, the private courtyard is adorned with flower pots, hanging baskets, mature fruit trees and a well-stocked bird feeding table. A large outdoor table makes it the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine and relaxed alfresco dining.
