Holestone Moor Barns Holiday Cottages are luxurious conversions from two 200-year-old stone farm buildings standing adjacent to our own house, the old farmhouse, Holestone Moor Farm, surrounded by 4 acres of grounds for you to enjoy. We strive to always keep our holiday cottages and surroundings updated, and so we are continually redecorating, replacing and upgrading, both inside and out, in an effort to provide a luxurious 'home from home'.

The Barn: A beautiful and luxurious conversion of the old barn that has maintained the original features of the oak beams and stonework. The attention to detail makes The Barn a great place for groups of friends and families to be together whilst enjoying their own private facilities. This five star self catering holiday cottage is large and comfortably, its furnished lounge has a soaring apex ceiling – the full height of the barn and a feature balcony. The stone fireplace with its log-burning stove creates a feeling of cosiness. The Barn has free wireless internet access.

The Barn also has a luxury fitted kitchen with everything you need for self catering and a separate dining room seating 13. Attractive bedrooms consist of 1 accessible twin bedroom with en-suite wet room, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom (shower over bath), 1 twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 single bedroom with en-suite shower room and 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom

The Stables: Light the log-burning stove, and you'll soon find yourself starting to relax in this luxurious conversion of the old stables building. This five star self catering holiday cottage has a comfortable open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area you'll have everything you need to hand – all great for relaxed self catering. 2 bedrooms – a double and a bedroom share the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath.

The Steadings: The Steadings combines The Barn and The Stables to give you lovely Derbyshire self catering accommodation for 14 people. It's the perfect place for family and friends to get together for a short break.

The Games room contains a pool table, table football, table tennis and dartboard (darts not provided). There is a TV and Wii with assortment of Wii games. Upstairs is a small room with sofa and TV, DVD player and a assortment of DVDs to choose from.

The parking areas for up to 9 carefully parked cars is 30-50 yards from the cottages down a moderate slope.

On your arrival, you will receive freshly baked cake’s from our local Riber View Farm shop, eggs from our very own Hens, tea, coffee & sugar sachets and a pint of milk for that all-important cup of tea before you unpack.
