Farditch Farm is a beautiful development, creating 6 luxury holiday cottages situated in the heart of the Peak District. These immaculate, luxury holiday homes offer the highest levels of comfort. We carefully designed the barns to enhance the character of the buildings and provide comfortable living spaces for our guests.

Our wonderful self catering barn conversions are perfect for a memorable holiday away. The luxurious cottages sleep 2 to 22 people (combined) and can be let either individually or together for large groups. All the cottages have spacious open plan living areas and modern fully equipped country style kitchens with a range of excellent appliances: electric range cookers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, washing machines and all the facilities you may require. The large living rooms come with luxury leather sofas, cushions rugs and feature full height windows. There is also a TV/DVD player with streaming.

All the bedrooms include TVs and the dining area includes a feature oak dining table with seating for over 12 people.

We also have Farditch House which is situated at the top of the drive sleeping 8. The house has fabulous views of the surrounding countryside from virtually every window.

There is a superb, spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, beautiful lounge with comfy leather sofas - both having views across the garden and fields beyond. Also on the ground floor, a useful boot room, utility and wc. The four bedrooms each have en-suite facilities. There are 2 double rooms with en-suite shower rooms, and 2 twin rooms, with en-suite shower room and en-suite bathroom.

The garden is laid to lawn, with several shrubs, a terrace with table and seating, private parking.

We also have 2 smaller properties Cheedale Cottage & Sterndale Cottage which are located behind the barn conversions. Each with a shaker style kitchen which is well equipped with a breakfast bar, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave; and a lounge area complete with a TV, and comfortable leather sofa to relax after a long day. The properties have Karndean flooring in the kitchen and lounge areas and a carpeted spacious ground floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. With immaculate furnishings throughout and towels and bed linen included, you'll find everything you need to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing stay.

There is a communal courtyard with plenty of seating for alfresco dining, BBQ's or enjoying a glass of Prosecco whilst watching the sunset over the hills.

Situated in the glorious Peak District National Park, there are plenty of walks from the doorstep, opportunities to enjoy the lovely scenery or take a short drive to the market town of Bakewell or Buxton Spa town. We welcome your dogs too!

There is also a caravan site available which offers 11 pitches, toilet & shower facilities and a communal lounge area with large flat screen TV.
