The Cottage Eyam provides self-catering accommodation in the heart of Eyam, Derbyshire. Ideally located opposite the historic rectory and just steps from the village church, our Grade II Listed cottage is the perfect base for a peaceful Peak District getaway. Brimming with character, the property features original beams, a cosy real fire and inviting deep-set window seats. Guests will also enjoy unique touches throughout, including original artwork by local artists, carefully selected antiques and stylish upcycled furniture.

After a day of exploring, unwind in our welcoming living room, complete with a cosy window seat, comfortable chairs, a TV, Wi-Fi and a charming reading nook with an honesty bar set beside the original stone fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen combines character and convenience, featuring wooden units, granite worktops, a rustic pine scrubbed table with traditional church chairs, as well as modern essentials including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Upstairs the is a large mezzanine-style master bedroom with antique furniture, an original fireplace and a large window seat. From the main bedroom, you can access the single bed and the modern shower room.

A secluded courtyard comes with a table and chairs for al fresco dining over a glass or two. We also have a BBQ and firepit.
