Hawthorn Farm Cottages offer two charming self-catering properties, Lavender Cottage and Walnut Cottage, both conveniently located within walking distance of Buxton town center, where an array of cafes, bars and restaurants await.

Lavender Cottage This cottage accommodates up to 6 guests and exudes character with its exposed beams and stone features. The inviting open-plan living area, situated upstairs, boasts a well-equipped kitchen area with an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Relax in the living area, furnished with a Freeview TV and DVD player. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms and one double/twin room, each with its own en-suite facilities. Outside, a small enclosed courtyard garden with a sitting-out area, BBQ and garden furniture awaits, while guests can also enjoy the shared lawned gardens with additional seating areas. Private parking for up to 3 cars is provided, along with a bike store.

Walnut Cottage Accommodating up to 4 guests, this cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting with easy parking for two cars. The comfortable living room features high-quality soft furnishings and a TV, while the well-appointed kitchen offers all necessary appliances and equipment, as well as a dining table. The kitchen provides access to the private lawned garden area, complete with garden furniture. The ground floor hosts a bedroom with a super kingsize bed convertible into twins upon request, along with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower over the bath. Upstairs, a galleried double bedroom awaits, complete with its own en-suite shower room. After a day of exploration in the stunning Peak District, Walnut Cottage offers a delightful retreat to relax and unwind.
