The living room features a log burner, two sofas, a Smart TV and a DVD player, with logs included for your comfort. The spacious kitchen/dining area is fully equipped for self-catering, ideal for socialising or working with free WiFi. A light-filled garden room provides a tranquil spot for reading or enjoying birdsong.

Upstairs, you’ll find a double and a twin bedroom, plus a bathroom with a bath and WC. Downstairs, there’s a convenient shower room with WC and the garden room can convert into an en-suite bedroom for those preferring ground-floor accommodation. The sunny, enclosed garden is perfect for children, dogs, or simply unwinding with a glass of wine under the stars. Off-road parking is available, along with an EV charger (small charge applies).

Guests can enjoy breakfast packs featuring homemade bread, farm-raised sausages, bacon and fresh eggs, perfect for cooking in the cottage or taking home. Explore Oaks Lane Farm, our 44-acre grassland smallholding, home to sheep, pigs, goats and our friendly donkeys, Barney and Pumpkin. Visitors love meeting the cheeky Boer goats and collecting eggs from our hens. A large wildlife pond, fed by a natural spring, is a peaceful retreat for watching ducks and moorhens. Up to 2 dogs welcome, they must not be left alone in the cottage and they cannot go upstairs.
