Paul and Gill welcome you to their Victorian home that has been carefully converted into five apartments. Priory Lea is the last property on a quiet no through road surrounded by fields and woodland, often described as having the best of both worlds by many of our guests who return year after year as it is only one mile from the main shopping centre but has the countryside on its doorstep. There is ample private parking, a patio area and two lawns set amongst a well-established garden.

Apartment 1: A two bedroomed, ground floor apartment sleeping from two to six people. There is a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed and has lovely views looking out over to the fields. Bedroom two is slightly smaller also with a double and single bed and has an additional washbasin; it also has views over the fields. The bathroom has an electric shower, washbasin, wc and bathroom heater. There is a spacious living room/kitchen diner with fitted units, microwave, toaster, fridge, oven and hob, electric fire and TV which looks out onto the front gardens.

Apartment 2: A one-bedroom, ground floor apartment sleeping from two to four people. There is a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a double bed settee in the living room. The separate kitchen/diner retains some of the original and now restored Victorian cupboards, a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, fitted oven and hob and looks out over the fields. The bathroom has an electric shower, washbasin and WC. The living room has a full three-piece suite and TV.

Apartment 3 A one-bedroom, first-floor apartment sleeping two people. It is the only apartment that is not full self-contained and so this is reflected in the price as the private bathroom is situated at the side of the main apartment, it has an electric shower, bathroom heater and wc. The bedroom has a double bed, washbasin and has a garden view. The living room/kitchen/diner has a TV, fitted units with a fridge, microwave, toaster, oven and hob and has pleasant views of the front garden and lawns.

Apartment 4: A one bedroomed, first-floor apartment sleeping four people. The bedroom has a double bed and has lovely views looking over the fields. It has a spacious living room (with double bed settee)/kitchen/diner with a TV, fridge, microwave, toaster and fitted oven and hob. There are French doors leading to a spacious sun terrace with excellent views of the woodland and fields to the front and garden to the side. The bathroom has an electric shower, washbasin, wc and bathroom heater.

Apartment 5: A one-bedroom apartment, sleeping three people. It is on the second floor and is the only apartment on that level. The bedroom has a double and a single bed. The en-suite bathroom has an electric shower, washbasin, wc and bathroom heater. The compact fitted kitchen has a fridge, microwave, toaster and independent cooker. The living room/diner has armchairs, colour TV and has beautiful elevated views looking over the woodland and fields. It has full central heating and hot water which is included in the price and also has independent heaters.

We are situated on the south of Buxton, close to the A515 leading to the Derbyshire Dales. A five minute walk from the apartments brings you to a twenty four hour Tesco express supermarket and petrol station, a further ten minute walk and you are in the town centre, buses into town run from the other end of white knowle road.
