Beech Cottage and Birch Cottages are centrally located in the heart of the picturesque village of Hartington near Buxton in Derbyshire, which is an ideal base from which to explore the Peak District National Park.

Beech Cottage sleeps 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Birch Cottage sleeps 6 + 1 people comfortably in 3 bedrooms. Each cottage has a lawned garden at the front, with table and chairs, BBQ and locked cycle storage. A private off road car parking space is available for one car at each property, with ample additional car parking available on the quiet adjacent road. Logs for the stove are included in the rental and there is also free WiFi.

Beech Cottage:

The lounge has a warming log burning stove, comfortable leather settees, flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted to a high standard and equipped with all the essentials for you to prepare family meals. The bathroom is downstairs with bath and overhead shower, toilet, and hand basin. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a king size room and a single room. On the second floor there is a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds. The holiday cottage is fully heated with electric storage heaters and underfloor heating in the kitchen and bathroom.

Birch Cottage:

The lounge has a welcoming log stove, wooden floor, comfortable leather settees, flat screen TV, Freeview & Blu Ray DVD. The kitchen/diner is fully fitted to a high standard, equipped with all the essentials for you to prepare family meals. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, a king size room and a single room, which does have a double bed but with access from one side only. On the 2nd floor there is a family room with a king size bed and a single bed, and also en suite basin and toilet. The bathroom is situated on the 1st floor and is equipped with bath and overhead shower, toilet and hand basin. The cottage is fully heated throughout with oil central heating, plus the warming log stove in the lounge.

The holiday cottages are 3 storey adjacent stone cottages. Excellently situated for couples and families to occupy one cottage, but also ideal for larger groups who can book both cottages.

The self catering holiday cottages are approximately 200 yards from the local village shops, Post Office and Inns.
