The Mews is a stunning barn conversion, spacious and beautifully renovated, it features modern amenities like a coffee machine, wine cooler and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and large fridge freezer. The open-plan living room is cosy with a gas wood-burner effect fireplace and the ground floor boasts a luxurious bathroom with a roll-top bath. Accommodation includes a family room with a king-size bed, pull-out beds and an en suite shower, a twin room ideal for children and an upstairs beamed master bedroom with a king-size bed and separate shower room. Outside, enjoy a six-person hot tub, BBQ and ample space for entertaining. Guests are welcomed via a private driveway, with homemade cake, fresh eggs and milk awaiting, plus a friendly hello from the resident pet sheep!

The Retreat - Sleeps 2

The Retreat is a beautifully converted barn in Hollington, near Ashbourne, just a 10-minute drive from the Peak District. Perfect for couples seeking a romantic or relaxing countryside escape, it features open-plan living, wood-panelled flooring and modern furnishings. The spacious king-size bedroom includes a wet room and the living area boasts a flame-effect fire and fully equipped kitchen. Outside, enjoy a private garden with a hot tub, perfect for stargazing under the partially transparent roof. Accessed via a private driveway, the property includes convenient parking beside the barn.

The Old Smithy - Sleeps 5

The Old Smithy is a luxurious, modern barn conversion, perfect for small families or groups seeking a peaceful countryside retreat. Within a 10-minute drive, you can reach the Peak District, offering stunning walks and attractions like Dovedale and Thor’s Cave. For water sports, Carsington Water provides opportunities for sailing, kayaking and more, while thrill-seekers will enjoy the proximity to Alton Towers, making this a perfect base for adventure.
