Lifton Hall offers luxury self catering accommodation in Lifton. Based in a lovely area of Devon, we are the perfect place to escape from the pressures of modern life.

We have 3-holiday apartments to chose from, perfect for couples, groups or families. All are finished to a high standard and come well-equipped.

The Barn – sleeps 2

Our one-bedroom studio barn sleeps 2 in a king-size bed. The is a bathroom with a shower over bath. The kitchen is well-equipped, and you can unwind in the living area. Outside there is a patio area with seating for al fresco dining.

Yew – sleeps 6 to 8

We offer accommodation in 3 bedrooms: 1 king and 2 doubles. All the rooms come with en suite facilities. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is well-equipped and you can relax in the living area. A utility room has a washing machine and dryer. Outside there is a patio area with seating and a BBQ.

Sycamore – sleeps 12 to 14

Our apartments have 6 bedrooms: 5 king rooms and 1 twin. All the rooms come with en suite facilities. The is a spacious kitchen/diner and a lounge with a TV. Outside we have a patio area with seating and a BBQ.

Our restaurant serves freshly prepared and locally sourced, quality meals. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal and we try to make sure that everyone has a great time - whether it's an intimate dinner for two or a family celebration. The menu changes, depending upon what's available and loosely following the seasons. There's usually a good selection of dishes to suit most palates, and we can accommodate any specific dietary requirements as long as you give us notice.

Our nearest towns are Launceston and Tavistock, and both are worth a visit. Launceston is just over the border into Cornwall and is the county's ancient capital. There is a castle, a museum, a steam railway and a selection of shops, pubs and cafés. Tavistock is an old stannary town, and has a number of attractions, including some great individual shops, a large pannier market and some lovely open spaces.
