Holiday Apartment 2: A larger two bedroom ground floor apartment comprising of a lounge with 4'6" double wall bed, lounge furniture to seat 6 people, dining area with table and 6 chairs, separate kitchen. Two bedrooms with double bed in one and two single beds in the other. A shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.

Holiday Apartment 4: A ground floor apartment comprising of a lounge/dining room with lounge furniture to seat 4, dining table and 3 chairs, separate kitchen, separate bedroom with 4'6" double divan bed and a single bed with space for a cot. A shower room with wash hand basin and toilet.

Holiday Apartment 5: A large two bedroom apartment at first floor comprising of a lounge with 4'6" double wall bed, lounge furniture to seat 6 people, kitchen/dining table with 6 chairs. Two separate bedrooms, one with 4'6" double bed and one with twin 2'6" beds. Shower room with toilet and wash hand basin.

Holiday Apartment 6: A large open plan first floor apartment comprising of a lounge with 4'6" double divan bed, lounge furniture to seat 2 persons, dining area with table and 2 chairs. A separate kitchen. Shower room with toilet and wash basin. This apartment has some views towards the harbour.

Holiday Apartment 9: A one bedroom ground floor apartment comprising on an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner with lounge furniture to seat 3 and a dining table and 3 chairs. A separate bedroom with 4'6" double bed and a single bed, shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. The apartment is to the rear of the building and overlooks the pool and garden.

Holiday Apartment 10: A one bedroom ground floor apartment comprising of a lounge with 4'6" double wall bed, lounge furniture to seat 4 persons, kitchen/dining area with table and 4 chairs. A separate bedroom comprising of two 3' single beds, shower room with toilet and wash hand basin. This apartment is to the rear of the building and overlooks the pool and garden. The 2 single beds can be zip-linked to make one large king sized bed.

Torquay's waterfront is the focus of life in the town. Here you'll find the promenade, seafront gardens, a lively harbour and an international marina. The new Living Coasts attraction adds to the variety of the new waterfront and the illuminated bridge is a great backdrop to a relaxing evening drink. Yet within minutes of the town centre there are beautiful beaches easily accessible by foot, road or sea.

There's a large variety of pavement cafes, pubs, restaurants and nightlife, good quality shops and a host of attractions to suit every interest.

Paignton is traditionally known as a family holiday resort because of its beaches and friendly atmosphere.
