We have a great choice of self catering holiday accommodation to suit all sizes of family and budget. Our range of holiday homes in Devon varies from luxury to budget in the form of lodges, apartments, bungalows and caravans, with selected accommodation allowing pets for a fee.

Lodges:

The Casita, Casamigo and Casafina Lodges are our flagship accommodation, designed in a Spanish style exclusively for Welcome Family. These lodges sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms and include cosy living spaces with an LCD TV, well-equipped kitchen and private verandas.

Bungalows:

Our bungalows embrace the style and quality standards of the lodges at a more affordable price. The bungalows sleep 4 to 7 people in two or three bedrooms. All the bungalows have a well-equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and patio area for al fresco dining.

Caravans:

We also have a variety of static caravans to choose from. We offer a choice of premium or classic caravans, sleeping 4 – 8 guests. All the bungalows come with a TV, dining and lounge area and a shower.

Apartments

These spacious holiday apartments sleep 5 people in one double and one triple room. The apartments come with a bathroom, open plan lounge/diner and a modern kitchen.

Onsite we have a range of entertainment, including The Starlight Club, offering fantastic shows for the whole family. We also have a fun pool complex with a fun pool, sports pool, toddler pool and bubble pool. The Diner serves tasty food using quality ingredients and we also have lots of activities for kids, including a kids zone, fun park, arcade games and crazy golf. Onsite we also have shops and a launderette.

We are in a great location for exploring the area. Visit the animals at Pennywell Farm or take a trip on the River Dart. See the model village at Babbacombe or visit the range of animals at Paignton Zoo. Attractions to visit include:
