Boswell Farm Cottages offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Sidford near Sidmouth. Nestled in a gorgeous valley in Devon, we are a true haven for countryside lovers.

Our cottages are in a stunning rural setting and come with a range of excellent facilities. Each cottage comes with Netflix Smart TV, well-equipped kitchens and comfortable bedrooms.

The Linhay: Our beautiful cottage has been tastefully converted and comes with three bedrooms: a super king and two twin rooms. A family bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. The open plan kitchen/dining area will suit all your needs. In the kitchen, you will find a range of appliances, including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and large fridge freezer. The living area comes with comfy seating and outside there is a lovely garden with seating and a BBQ.

Cider Cottage: This charming cottage boasts luxurious accommodation throughout. Three bedrooms are available: a king en suite and two twin rooms. A family bathroom is also available. The open plan kitchen/dining area has a solid table with 6 chairs and a long bench. You can unwind in the living room which has seating for up to 8 people. Outside there a lovely enclosed garden to enjoy.

The Granary: Our lovely cottage comes with 2 bedrooms: a king en suite and an en suite bedroom with 3 single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and a relaxing living area comes with comfortable seating.

Mill House: This 19th Century property was formerly a dairy and comes with a private garden. The cottage enjoys glorious views of the Sweetcombe Valley from the four-poster master bedroom. A bathroom is just outside the door. Bedroom two has 3 single beds and en suite facilities.

Hayloft: Our superb property has a private garden, well-equipped kitchen and cosy living area. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second room has twin beds. Outside the bedroom is a family bathroom.

Shippen: This magnificent property has an enclosed garden with seating. Great for a spot of al fresco dining. The open plan living area comes with an extendable table and chairs. Sliding doors open onto the garden. Bedrooms consist of double and twin rooms. Both rooms share a family bathroom.
