Brixham Harbourside Holiday Flats offers excellent self catering accommodation in Brixham on the harbourside in Devon. Our 7 flats are seconds from all the activities, sounds and scenes of fishing boats, sailing yachts, pleasure craft and other small vessels.

All of our flats are tastefully furnished and comes with Freeview TV, a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, clock-radio, iron, hair dryer, needle and cotton and cleaning essentials.

**1a The Old Customs House - Sleeps 1:** A small open plan flat on Overgang Steps. Comprises shower room with shower unit, toilet and washbasin. Kitchen/dining area and bedroom/Lounge with armchairs.

**1b The Old Customs House - Sleeps 3 or 2 + 2 children:** Comprises bathroom with shower attachment, bedroom with double bed & bedroom with twin beds, lounge/diner with galley style kitchen with table & chairs & 2 armchairs with harbour views.

**1c The Old Customs House - Sleeps 4 people:** Entrance in Customs Court off Overgang Steps with harbour views. Situated on two floors. Ground floor has a lounge-kitchen area. Twin bedded bedroom and a bathroom & shower attachment. First floor has a double bedroom with toilet and shower en suite.

**27a The Quay - Sleeps 2:** A large 1st-floor attractive open plan flat with harbourside entrance. Comprises of a lounge area with easy chairs and harbour views, bedroom area, kitchen area and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

**27b The Quay - Sleeps 2:** Comprises bathroom with shower attachment, quiet bedroom with double bed, lounge/diner with galley style kitchen with table & chairs, 2 armchairs and sea and harbour views.

**28 The Quay - Sleeps 4:** Entrance on The Quay. Situated on 2 floors, the ground floor has a bedroom with twin beds, lounge with 4 easy chairs and harbour views. 1st floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower & a galley style kitchen with a stable door overlooking the harbour.

**28a The Quay - Sleeps 2:** Comprises bathroom with walk-in shower, bedroom with double bed, lounge/diner with galley style kitchen with table & chairs, settee and sea and harbour views.

The apartments are near to shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. There is a 10 min bus service to Paignton & Torquay. All flats have sea and harbour views. They are all kept extremely clean, well furnished and very comfortable. All linen is provided for the beds, also towels and tea towels. Brilliant attractions to visit include:
