The Farm House - Sleeps 10

The Farm House is a luxurious 17th-century Devon longhouse with a private hot tub, featuring five bedrooms (one master with en suite, two double, and two twin), three bathrooms, a conservatory, a large enclosed garden, and a double garage. Enjoy magnificent views from the principal rooms and expansive patio. The house is well-equipped with a 40” TV with Sky, DVD, stereo player, a large wood burner in the spacious lounge, and a fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave. The large dining room includes an AGA. There's also a mezzanine study area with a desk, additional seating, TV, and Wi-Fi throughout. The hot tub is available at an extra cost if required.

The cottage includes a double bedroom off the living room, two additional twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

Carp Lodge - Sleeps 6

This spacious two-bedroom wooden lodge features a large kitchen equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The expansive lounge/dining area offers plenty of room to relax. The lodge accommodates up to 6 guests with a double room, a room with two single beds and a set of bunk beds. It includes night storage heating, a large covered veranda and beautiful views over Home Lake and the surrounding woodland.

Lake Cottage - Sleeps 4

This charming, small cottage offers lake views from every window and is perfect for fishermen, located just 30 metres from Home Lake. It features a tiled storage entrance leading down to an open-plan kitchen equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, along with a dining/living room with a wood burner. The main bedroom has a double bed, while a second bedroom with bunk beds is accessible through the main bedroom, which also provides access to the bathroom.

Swallow Cottage - Sleeps 2

This comfortable and economical cottage is located within a central, car-free courtyard, just 50 meters from Home Lake, making it ideal for fishermen. The cottage features a front entrance porch opening onto the courtyard and a back door leading to a veranda. Inside, you'll find a separate fitted kitchen and a spacious dining/living room. The large bedroom, with a double bed, adjoins the bathroom. Swallow Cottage is equipped with oil-fired central heating.
