Badger's Den is located with an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a perfect retreat for those who are looking to enjoy both coast and country. The accommodation is flexible in that it can be hired as two bedrooms or with an additional large third downstairs bedroom and en-suite for an extra cost. This Devon thatched cottage is in the village of Knowle 1 mile from the coastal town of Budleigh Salterton. The area has something for everyone with local beaches, lovely walks and numerous attractions, there is something for all ages to enjoy and explore. The owners live next door in Fudge cottage and love dogs.

Two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The downstairs bedroom is situated between the two cottages and is accessed from the conservatory. It has been built to the highest standard and designed to accommodate people with mobility impairment. There is plenty of space around the beds, large doorways and ensuite wetroom. The beds are two metres long and one is electric. This room has its own flat screen television with remote control.

Outside is a secluded garden with a sunny patio area. Garden furniture is provided and there is a BBQ for you to use during your stay.

The cottage is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is across the lane from a small brook which eventually runs through the main street of Budleigh, a mile away. Just 300 yards away is the local pub where good food can be enjoyed and a carvery on Sunday lunchtime. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Budleigh and a large Tesco supermarket is just 3 miles towards Exmouth.
