The Chalet is surrounded by beautiful landscaped grounds that take advantage of the breathtaking view. A direct footpath has access to the beach, part of the North Devon World Surfing Reserve and UNESCO biosphere. The grounds also include an outdoor shower, with storage for wetsuits and surfboards.

The apartments offer an ultra-modern design and have been meticulously finished to the highest standards. All the apartments come with stylish open plan/kitchen/dining areas, sumptuous bathrooms, superb bedrooms, full-equipped kitchens including coffee machines, TVs and underfloor heating.

Apartments 1 & 2 have direct access to the communal garden and include a double, a twin, a master room with a king-size bed, roll-top bath and en suite.

Apartments 3 & 4 are located on the first floor and include a spacious master with king-size bed, a roll-top bath and en-suite bathroom. A twin and a double share the large family bathroom. Both apartments boast canopied balconies.

Apartment 5 & 6 have a modern double and twin room, plus a master king en suite that enjoys stunning views of Braunton Burrows. Both apartments have open balconies.

The Penthouse: This amazing penthouse boasts a private staircase, and a wood-burning stove for the chillier months. Bedrooms consist of a twin/double en suite and master bedroom with a king-size bed, roll-top bath and en suite bathroom with WC and wash basin.

We are in one of the most scenic parts of the country, next to the three-mile-long Saunton Sands beach. Other wonderful beaches include ones at Croyde and Woolacombe.
