The Lawns No. 5 offers outstanding self catering accommodation in Modbury, nestled on Colmer Estate in gorgeous South Hams countryside. We are close to Kingsbridge and perfect for a magical getaway in South Devon.

Our property is the centre right apartment at the front of the 18th Century Georgian manor house and boasts stunning south-facing views across the grounds to the lake. The apartment has been finished to the highest standards to offer luxury accommodation, all set in 28 acres of beautiful private grounds.

A private entrance leads to a large open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The elegant lounge is a lovely place to relax after a day in the countryside and includes a cream 3-piece leather suite, brown leather dining chairs and table, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Doors from the lounge lead to a large, paved patio with a table, chairs, BBQ and sun lounger. A superb spot for al fresco dining whilst savouring the view. A fully-equipped kitchen includes an electric cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Upstairs there are two attractive bedrooms: 1 king and 1 twin room. The twin includes a flat-screen TV and both rooms share a bathroom with a bath, power shower, toilet and hand basin.

While staying with us you can enjoy the fantastic facilities on the estate, including the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool (open between May and September), fishing lake, tennis courts, walled garden, lake, gym, laundry room and adventure play area.
