Our luxurious cottages offer a classic but modern style and excellent facilities, great for a tranquil holiday in the country. You can also take advantage of our superb facilities, including a four-acre landscaped garden, a swimming pool and a sun terrace which enjoys glorious views. We also have two ponds which are home to wild ducks and there is also a play area with a climbing frame, sand pit and outdoor table tennis.

The Tythe Barn - Sleeps 7

Our newest cottage has been beautifully converted from a 16th Century barn and comes with a spacious open plan living area with comfy seating, smart TV and DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen is great for home-cooking and includes a range of appliances. On the ground floor, there is a king room and a marble wet room with a power shower. Upstairs there is a triple and double room, plus a large marble bathroom.

Nymet Mews – Sleeps 5-7

This cottage is great for a family or group holiday. A spacious open plan sitting room comes with seating, a smart TV and a DVD player. A well-equipped kitchen has a lovely oak dining table for savouring home-cooked food on. Upstairs there is a triple room and a double room which share a large bathroom.

Woodlands – Sleeps 4

Our cottage enjoys countryside views, a haven for outdoor lovers looking for somewhere special to stay. Inside there is an open plan kitchen/dining/living space. The living area comes with a smart TV, DVD player and toasty log burner. Doors open onto the slate-flagged terrace area. Additionally, there is a modern bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a king room and twin room.

Little Nymet – Sleeps 2

Our cottage is ideal for romantic getaway. Inside there is a double aspect sitting room with seating, a smart TV and a DVD player. A log burner will keep you toasty in the winter months. Rustle up some delicious food in the well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and en suite facilities.

Hawthorns – Sleeps 4

This ground-level cottage comes with a roomy open plan sitting area with seating, smart TV and DVD player. There is also a log burner for chilly days. The kitchen includes a superb oak dining table. Two attractive bedrooms are available: a king and bunk room. Both rooms share a bathroom.

Our traditional cottage comes with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The double aspect sitting room comes with seating, a smart TV and a DVD player. Enjoy some cooking some delicious food in the well-equipped kitchen. Upstairs there is a twin room and double room which share a spacious bathroom.

Kings Nympton is in an ideal position, set between Exmoor & Dartmoor in the North Devon ‘Tarka’ countryside. Just a short stroll away is the Grove Inn Public House, great for tasty food and a drink or two.
