Calmady Cottage was once a milking parlour and today provides cosy self-catering accommodation with plenty of character. It is set on the grounds of Traine Farm and is beautifully placed close to Wembury Beach. This is a wonderful area of Devon just south of Plymouth.

This holiday cottage can sleep 5 people in a double, single and a sofa bed. There is an open plan kitchen, sitting and dining area. Outside there is a dedicated seating area and plenty of parking. Also provided is a games room, play area and laundry room.

The area surrounding the cottage is perfect for walking with plenty of footpaths direct from the farm including the South West Coastal Path. Alternatively visit one of the many attractions such as:
